With five bedrooms in this two storey house, it is more advantageous for a large family to have a house with more bedrooms, as it is important that each member of the family could have its own privacy. Most likely, grownups children are definitely wishes to have their own bedrooms.  A house with more bedrooms also provide spacious place for the family to move in.  Things in the house becomes properly organized as well.

The creation of a pocket garden on the ground floor brings nature's healing capacity in air purification as well as a screen for privacy is an advantage of a home design that consider the residents best interest.

In terms of size and measurements, it has a floor area of 201sqm on the ground floor and 186sqm on the second floor, a total floor area of 387sqm. This five bedroom residential house needs a lot area of 324 square meters (18m X 18m). This is a perfect design if you have lot which of the same size like this.

Philippine Dream house in Africa.

Does this dream house looks familiar to you? Yes, Indeed it is! as this was the same house design which I posted in my previous  blog entitled "Post Modern House" in 2011.  As I recalled, I conceptualized the design of this house during my past time.  But this house will soon rising in Africa.  Can you believe that? Kinda overwhelming feeling.......

So much for that, here's the perspective of said house design.

In terms of size and measurements, this house has a building area of 156 sqm. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus the usual areas like living room, kitchen and dining. As you can see, this dream house has enough perimeter space to expand and this shows a lot of potential. The most exciting part of the house is  the living room which opens up directly into  the front yard, in which you can see more of green and landscape with great area where children can speciously play.

I was hesitant at first accepting this project in Africa as I do not actually does business outside the Philippines.   Eventually, I came to realize, "why  don't i give a try?".   Thanks God this project goes very well. I still believe that our world is still filled with honest, good or trust worthy and God fearing people.

Two Storey House in Pangasinan

Are there any advantages of having a two storey house? Of course there are. Two storey houses offer a lot of advantages. To name a few, it provide privacy to your bedrooms. It also gives you a grandeur look in the outside; and most of all they are a cost effective way to maximize your lot.

Three Bedrooms Residential House

Does this dream house design looks familiar to you?

If you take a look back my old blog entitled Post modern House 2 and Post modern house 2 updates, this can be seen there. This time, it has three bedroom residential house to be built in Batangas City, Philippines. This design really look like the house which I posted in my previous blog (Post-Modern House 2) but with little distinction in the right side area.

This three bedroom residential house has four bathroom.  Every room has its own bathroom, except for the helper's room. It has a separate living room which is spacious enough and have access to the terrace. The dining and kitchen area with a nook is an open plan and have access to the dirty kitchen located  just adjacent to the showcase kitchen. Also, it has laundry room and a storage room where you can store your extra things such as travelling bags, Christmas decor, old interior accessories, tools, cleaning stuff and the like.

In terms of size and measurements, this three bedroom residential house has a lot area of 280 square meter (14m X 20m). This is a perfect design if you have lot which of the same size like this.

Three-Storey Modern House.

Modern architecture is generally characterized by simplification of form and an absence of applied decoration. Some of the Common themes or elements of modern architecture include: the notion that "Form follows function", a dictum originally expressed by Frank Lloyd Wright's early mentor Louis Sullivan, meaning that the result of design should derive directly from its purpose, simplicity and clarity of forms and elimination of "unnecessary detail", visual expression of structure (as opposed to the hiding of structural elements), the related concept of "Truth to materials", meaning that the true nature or natural appearance of a material ought to be seen rather than concealed or altered to represent something else, use of industrially-produced materials; adoption of the machine aesthetic, particularly in International Style modernism, a visual emphasis on horizontal and vertical lines.

Based from the above mentioned elements of modern architecture, I created one house design that will somehow inspire in choosing and searching your own dream modern house design. I am hopeful that you’ll like it. As to the best of my knowledge and understanding, modern house design that is based on what was explained above and described in Wikipedia possesses with simple character yet its beauty is visible within the clarity of structures. 

This three story Modern house that I did have the following spaces in the ground floor: garage, living, dining, kitchen, bathroom and staircase that makes it a simple and common house.  It has also a swimming pool at the back which unfortunately not visible in this design. In the second floor area has a Master's bedroom with toilet and bath, two standard size bedrooms sharing a common bathroom plus of course the balcony. The third floor is for the multi-purpose hall with an open area as roof deck.

Post Modern House-2 (updates)

Friends, did you still remember my old post entitled Post modern house-2 , modern living room, modern dining and kitchen design combine, and the living room christmas decoration? I hope you still remember those great post of mine (aheem!!!) and I hope you like them too. Kidding aside, actually they are in one roof; I mean they are all in one house. I just post it individually before and now I decided to show it all in one post. 
Drum roll please!!! For those of you who are looking for an inspiration of post-modern house, modern living room, modern dining and kitchen room in the Philippines here's my simple and practical design that might inspire you or something of that nature.

If we will recall that postmodern architecture began as an international style the first examples of which are generally cited as being from the 1950s, but did not become a style until the late 1970s and continues to influence present-day architecture. Post modernity in architecture is said to be heralded by the return of "wit, ornament and reference" to architecture in response to the formalism of the International Style of modernism. As with many cultural fashions, some of Postmodernism's most pronounced and visible ideas can be seen in architecture. The functional and formalized shapes and spaces of the modernist style are replaced by diverse aesthetics: styles collide, form is adopted for its own sake, and new ways of viewing familiar styles and space abound. Perhaps most obviously, architects rediscovered the expressive and symbolic value of architectural elements and forms that had evolved through centuries of building which had been abandoned by the modern style.

How can you achieve that Philippine dream house?

Hi there! Happy new Year! You might be surprised by these. This post is something that I can call unusual. It's not the thing that I usually post, right? But, Anyway Just allow me to share these because I found it very useful and very necessary in achieving our dream house or our dreams in general.

As we are about to end the first month of the new year. It's never too late to begin your year right, never! Maybe you were still asking yourself this question. "Will 2013 be a happy  year for me particularly in achieving my dream house or goals in general? This probably the question that most of us will be asking as we start this new year. 

Together with this new year it comes with new beginnings, new opportunity, new targets, new goals, plans, visions and dreams. So, for this issue, I would like to share with you a mental habit that will help us achieve your goals and aspirations this year or next year or the following year- including your dreams to achieve that dream house you've been dreaming.

Now for example, you want to build your dream house worth of 1 million pesos  and you have 200 thousand pesos in your savings which is your annual savings. Then, you are thinking to have a 1 million pesos loan in the bank and your 200 thousand pesos is just perfect for the down payment then lo and behold your dream house is about to be build. But what if some friends of yours told you to hold that decision just yet and make a better decision instead. Your friends might advice you to invest your money in the Philippine stock market. In a three year period you will get your first million considering that you will invest your 200 thousand pesos every year and if you continue to invest after two years it will become 2 million pesos. By this time you can use the half portion of that money in building your dream house and the other half will be use to continue to invest in the stock market. You have your dream house after five years of waiting and you still have a million worth of investment in the stock market. Isn't it great?

Then you said what??? Investing in the stock market is very dangerous and I don't even have knowledge in stock market. Yes it's absolutely true. Based on statistics 85% of stock market player lose their money. Believe me billions have been lost. But whenever people say, "the stock market is dangerous" they are referring to trading at the stock market. Not investing in the stock market. There's a big difference. Trading is buying stocks and selling them within a day or few days. While investing is buying stocks and selling them in six months or never. Another word for trading is speculating. Warren Buffet, the richest man the stock market has ever made, said, “Only buy something that you’d be perfectly happy to hold if the market shut down for 10 years.” So leave the trading to full-time traders, the people who do this full-time, studying about it eight hours a day. Investors invest only on the great companies. Because we’re in for the long haul. And instead of trading, you should focus on your business or job. Focus on your core competency. Stick to your game plan.

But still you said, no! it's still dangerous and I am not comfortable with that. This is the time I would like to invite you to Truly Rich Club.
