Compound Villas.

Good morning fellows! Here's the latest dream house I design.
(The Sun of opportunity never sets, that is why it is always Good Morning!)
Hey guys, allow me again to share to you the latest dream house design that i did. Actually, I'm a little hesitant to name this post as Compound Villa, because I know this word to you is really new to some of you living in the Philippines. I come up with this term after the name of our project  while I was working in the kingdom of Bahrain. We call it Compound Villa because it has a 14 units of Villa or house in one compound. So, that would be my introduction to this post. Here's the dream house design that I will share to all of you.

Actually the first design that was being approved by the owner of this project was a little bit classical, then they want to change to something like clean lines or we called it modern design to minimize all those classical moldings and fortunately this design was approved by the owner. Here's the street view of this compound.

And here's the aerial view.

My dear friends, this might not be the very best house design or the best architectural design online or the best online interior design you can see in the world or in the Philippines but for someone, some where it might be the best dream house design they could ever imagine. Folks, Every house is a dream come true. First it starts in our thoughts, in our mind, or in our dreams, then it manifest. If you believe the law of attraction then you will understand what I am talking about. Now folks, are you living your dream house? The answer lies deep with in you. Keep believing in your dreams. Keep dreaming.

Remember this verse from the Holy book my dear friends,
" With God all things are possible " (Mat. 19:26).

So long fellows, together we say it out loud with conviction,
In God’s name I will live my dreams.

Actually, this design is not really my 100 percent design  because the general form of these is from the reference I got from the net. I could say it's a 60-40 percent my design, 60 percent from the reference and 40 percent my imagination. To be honest with you guys, every time i make a design, I make first a lot of research and reference then from there I will allow my creativity and imagination flow.  By the way here's another view of it.

Folks, Every house is a dream come true. First it starts in our thoughts, in our mind, or in our dreams, then it manifest. If you watch the movie "the secret" or believe the law of attraction then you will understand what I am talking about. Now folks, are you living your dream house? The answer lies deep with in you. Keep believing in your dreams. Keep dreaming.

Mediterranean House

Good morning fellows! Here's the latest dream house I design.
(The Sun of opportunity never sets, that is why it is always Good Morning!)
Hey fellows, Today I'm gonna share with you this Mediterranean house design which is very popular or shall I say the most abused house design in the Philippines. Warning! Folks, I made this up. It's not one of our project. I just feel to design such a house like this to give you something to share. Before anything else, allow me to give you some insights about Mediterranean house.

The Mediterranean Revival architecture was an eclectic design style that was first introduced in the United States about the end of the nineteenth century, and became popular during the 1920s and 1930s. The style evolved from renewed interest in the Italian Renaissance architecture of palaces and seaside villas dating from the sixteenth century, and can be found mainly in the states California and Florida due to the popular association of these coastal regions with Mediterranean resorts.
Architects August Geiger and Addison Mizner did much to popularize this style in Florida; while Bertram Goodhue, Sumner Spaulding, and Paul Williams did likewise in California. Structures are typically multi-story and based on a rectangular floor plan, and feature massive, symmetrical primary façades. Mediterranean Revival is characterized generally by stuccoed wall surfaces, flat or low-pitched terra cotta and tile roofs, arches, scrolled or tile-capped parapet walls and articulated door surrounds. Feature detailing is occasionally executed with keystones.
Balconies and window grilles are common, and are generally made of wrought iron or wood. Ornamentation can be simple or dramatic, and may use various Mediterranean references. Classical, Spanish Renaissance, Spanish Colonial, and Beaux-Arts architecture details are often incorporated into the design, as are lush gardens.
The style was most commonly applied to hotels, apartment buildings, commercial structures, and even modest residences. Mediterranean Revival was one of several architectural styles used extensively by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe and Southern Pacific Railroad companies when designing their train stations in California.

Folks, You may wonder why I say that it is the most abuse house design in the Philippines because its everywhere. Almost every subdivision in the Philippines you can find this type of  dream house. It doesn't mean that I don't like it because I do like Mediterranean houses, I really do. Maybe it's because of the influence of the United States of America or the western countries which  Mediterranean houses is really very popular and it actually originate from there.

My dear friends, this might not be the very best Mediterranean house design or the best architectural design online or the best online interior design you can see in the world or in the Philippines but for someone, some where it might be the best dream house design they could ever imagine. Not to mentioned that I am doing my very best to be a part of building a truly beautiful nation. This is my share.
